Crystal Meaning
Diamond like quartz can be used as a magnifier for other crystals and it is purifying for the whole body. It absorbs and amplifies thoughts or attitudes of the user, its wearers strengths and weakness. It encourages prosperity, spirituality; when used with love and clear intent it clears blocks, gives clarity and confidence. But it needs cleansed thoroughly as it can hold previous attitudes, emotions etc.

Physical Properties
Diamond is the hardest mineral in the world, and due to its amazing lustre and fire, has made it the most highly prized of all gems. It forms cubic, octahedral, dodecahedral and tetrahedral crystals. It also occurs as bort and carbonado. Due to the uniform arrangement of the carbon atoms, diamond crystals are well formed usually octahedral with rounded edges and convex faces. Diamond forms at high temperatures and pressures at 50 miles underground. And is found in ultrabasic rocks (kimberlites), forming pipe like extrusions. The most popular variety is colourless but other varieties such as yellow, brown, green, pink, red, grey and black can be also found (dependant on the impurities present). With a white streak, it is usually transparent to opaque and has an adamantine to greasy lustre. Group NATIVE ELEMENT, Composition C, Hardness 10, Crystal structure CUBIC.
