The sterling silver Moonstone Chalice Well Pendant, a reproduction of the cover of the famous well located near the Tor in Glastonbury. Size: 5cm x 3.5cm.

The pendant depicts the pattern which is on the cover of the well that was designed in the nineteenth century by archaeologist Bligh Bond, and which represents the 'vesica pisces' symbol, and Exchalibur, the sword of King Arthur.

The symbols meaning is a mystery. Though many have their views, one of which is that the symbol is another version of the Tao, showing the union of opposites, another is that the main two circles represent the different hemispheres of the mind, and where the two meet is the well of magic in the mind. Union of the mind opens to the well of magical power within us all. It is believed that the Chalice Well was built by the Druids, and that its water has magical powers associated with healing and immortality
